These terms explain how OTPWala services are provided and used.

1. Services

OTPWala provides OTP service support, business messaging support, deposit service assistance, customer onboarding, and related technology access for registered business users.

2. Monthly Offer

The OTP + Deposit Services plan is offered at ₹2,000 per month. Plan activation, renewal, support scope, and service access may depend on successful payment verification and operational availability.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers must use OTP, messaging, and deposit services only for lawful business purposes. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, templates, sender details, customer consent, and compliance with applicable rules.

4. Payments and Activation

Payments are verified before service activation. OTPWala may request confirmation details when required for reconciliation. Service access is shared after verification and onboarding.

5. Fair Use and Availability

Unlimited service wording refers to monthly service support and access under normal business use. Abuse, spam, illegal traffic, gateway misuse, unusually high automated load, or policy violations may result in restriction or suspension.
